This collection primarily consists of correspondence between Fritz and her family, friends, and associates during her career as a realtor in southwest Florida and as owner and editor of the travel brochure, Hello Stranger! The collection also includes assorted papers of the Florida State Welfare Board and the Southwest Florida Historical Society, photographs, subscription cards for Hello Stranger!, and articles written by Fritz.

Her articles and books covered the Everglades, the Seminole Indians, early Florida pioneers, and other aspects of southwest Florida history.
